In the recently held meeting of Coordinators and RCs of pilot countries in New York, it was noted that while the other countries maybe ahead in terms of timeline, Pakistan had the most comprehensively planned "One Programme". As is expected it also has the biggest and challenging programme. In the wake of the current security situation it will indeed be very challenging to implement the One Programme, but we are confident in Pakistan that we will be able to meet this challenge.
